2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • In original packaging (including dust bags, tags, and accessories)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Final‑sale or clearance items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive return instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable courier service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue and your order number

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error

If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, the item may be sent back to you.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different colours

  • Different models

  • Replacement of defective items

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. International Returns

International customers may return items following the same process.
Please note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are non‑refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once shipped, the order must follow the standard returns process.
